Even heat, no hot spots
Takes about ten minutes to preheat and then holds temperature all the way through the cook, even on a windy evening.

Heat is even from edge to edge. Nothing burns on one side while the other stays raw, which was the problem with our old barbecue.

Roasts a chicken perfectly
We take it in the campervan and it packs away easily. The lid clamps down and the tables fold in.

Very happy with it
Fish fillets don't stick once the grates are hot and lightly oiled. Big improvement over the wire grates on our old one.
